Presented by Groundswell Capital, an Tucson-based nonprofit and Arizona’s first green bank with a mission to provide patient capital, leveraging innovation to catalyze positive change and build thriving communities, this workshop stands to serve indivudals and business owners alike.

This workshop series is delivered in English. The series is also available in Spanish on Wednesdays.
Facilitated by Armando Ojeda, participants will leave informed and empowered in the pursuit of prosperity. Armando has served in a number of leadership roles in his career as a corporate executive, business association director and small business owner.
Among his noteworthy assignments were: Director, Minority Supplier Development, Ford Motor Company; Executive Director, Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and President & CEO of Marvel Earth Management, an environmental service provider.
Participants are encouraged to attend all four workshops but are welcome to attend singularly.
